Questions before you book
What can I connect?
Website pages Solandra's crawler can reach. File uploads and outside connectors aren't part of the beta.
Does it update when my website changes?
Run a new crawl after you publish changes. Updates aren't continuous yet.
Can the AI be wrong?
Yes. It answers from your content and says when it can't, but it can still miss or misread something. The source links and your team's review are there for the details that matter.
If we reply to a visitor, do they get an email?
Not yet. Replies appear in the widget when the visitor returns in the same browser. Email and continuing on another device are next on the list.
How do I get access?
Solandra is in private beta. Book a meeting, walk the founder through your website and the questions you hear most, and your account is set up after the call.
What does it cost?
Plans aren't public yet. You start with a 7-day free trial on your own content; after that, pricing is agreed with the founder in writing before anything is paid.
