Solandra is built on one idea: the questions people ask should decide what you explain next. An answer helps one person. A question your content couldn't answer tells your whole team where to look.
Why it exists
The loop nobody was closing
Businesses put real work into their websites, help articles and product pages, and visitors still can't find the detail they need. So the team answers the same things by hand, and nobody keeps a list of what the site failed to explain.
Solandra closes that loop. It answers from your content, hands off to a person when the visitor asks, and brings every unanswered question back to the people who can fix the content.
