Refund and cancellation policy

How to cancel a Solandra subscription, and when payments are refunded.

Effective date: 20 October 2026

This policy covers cancelling a Solandra subscription and getting a refund. Solandra is operated by Yashraj, India. Questions: contact@solandra.io.

1. Who you pay

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo sells the subscription to you, takes the payment, adds any tax that applies, and issues your invoice. Dodo's name may appear on your card or bank statement. Refunds are paid by Dodo to the method you paid with.

2. Free trial

A trial lasts 7 days on your own content and costs nothing. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when it ends.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged after that. To cancel, email contact@solandra.io from your account's email address, or use the billing page in your dashboard once it's available.

4. Refunds

  • Within 7 days of your first payment: a full refund, for a monthly or a yearly plan. Ask by email within 7 days of that payment; the subscription ends when the refund is made.
  • After that: payments aren't refunded, including for part of a month or the unused part of a year. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Overage: charges for pages, AI replies or seats already used aren't refunded.
  • Billing mistakes: a duplicate charge or a charge we made in error is always refunded in full.

The 7-day refund applies to the first payment of your first subscription. Nothing here limits a right you have under the law where you live.

5. Asking for a refund

Email contact@solandra.io with your account's email address and the date of the payment. We reply within 2 business days. Once approved, Dodo sends the refund; how long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card provider.

6. Ending access for misuse

If we end access because the terms of use were broken, payments already made aren't refunded.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. A change applies to payments made after it's published; material changes are emailed to account holders first.
